Quality and service level

Barma endeavours to keep the system accessible 24 hours a day all year round. However, Barma reserves the right to interrupt service when necessary for technical or scheduled maintenance. Barma endeavours to limit maintenance efforts to the hours between 12 pm and 6 am. Barma also endeavours to provide error-free service for 98% of each 24-hour period as calculated over a year. Minor errors, such as single features being temporarily unavailable while the rest of the system works normally, do not subtract from the overall uptime. Operational changes for which you are responsible and external operational disruptions or interruptions, such as through your internet connection, do not subtract from the overall uptime. Barma backs up all the data that you place in the system through the hygiene course daily. If the system breaks down and recovery becomes necessary, Barma will use the latest backup.
