What we do

Founded in 2017, Barma was founded with the ambition to create better and more motivated employees in bars and pubs in Denmark. However, we quickly realized that the challenges we had seen in the bar industry were just as big in restaurants and hotels.

Barma started as a learning platform that today contains more than 375 industry-specific courses in sales, customer service, hygiene, product training, work tasks etc.

In 2023 we launched our all-in-one workspace app. An app that aims to gather all communication in one, a bulletin board and a news overview.

Later, more functionality was added, such as the ability to view upcoming shifts, create checklists, view your staff card, etc.

In 2024, the development continues and every year we grow with triple-digit growth.
