From 30% dropout the first weeks of employment to 0% with Barma!

“Before we introduced Barma, we saw 30% of new hires quit within the first few weeks. After we implemented Barma, we have reduced that number to 0%.”
We have very good cooperation with Barma today, and the great thing about Barma is that there is no limit to what we can do. All the thoughts and dreams we have to develop the product, I also see that possible to carry out together with Barma. So I think we're going to have a very different approach to be even better than what we are today. Every time we get better, we want to be even better, and Barma and e-learning in general, of course, have a leg to it.
Hear Jacob Niebuhr's full statement on how Barma is making a difference for Dining Group:
When we chose to implement Barma, I think we experienced a really good support. We had experienced in the summer of last year, the summer of 2020, that it was really, really busy after the first shutdown. So when we finally got to open up there in May, then it was insanely busy. There was a lot of new information and a lot of information that was lost. So I think there was a lot of staff standing around starving for more time for some knowledge and information.

I am seeing increased engagement from, in particular, the young people with Barma
